Join Partners IN Food and Farming (PIFF) at Kiesler Family Farm in Floyd County (8200 Chapel Hill Road, Borden, IN, 47106) for an afternoon of hands-on learning and skill building — connecting the dots between conservation practices and profitability!
About the Farm
Kiesler Family Farm is a diverse operation raising pastured cattle, corn, soybeans, wheat, and hay on ~1,200 acres of family-owned and leased land in Southern Indiana. Farmer Brock Kiesler is dedicated to producing high-quality forage while building healthy soils with practices including cover cropping, crop rotation, and no- or low-till methods.
This balanced approach to soil health and productivity earned Brock the Indiana Forage Council Outstanding Producer Award in 2024 and Second Place in the American Forage and Grassland Council's National Forage Spokesperson Contest in 2025. We're excited to learn more about his management approach!
